I’m heading to Tagum!
“Say what, where is that?” would be the usual reply.
Not many are familiar with Tagum City but I have a habit of eyeing on
not-so-famous island or city that I can visit on my next trip around The Philippines.
The first time I stepped into a branch of Buddy’s in
Makati City, I was surprised with their festive mood. I felt like I was transported
to a regional festival which heightened my appetite with the thought of
delicious delicacies served during feasts.

When it comes to traveling, my love for the charming
oldies particularly the grand structures of historic churches has been one of
my priorities. So during my latest trip to Cebu, I was adamant to include
Carcar City in my itinerary.

Rich with custard-like texture and having a pleasing mildly sweet flavor
encased in a powerful thick and thorny green-brown husk, shaped from round to
oblong and can weigh from two to eight kilograms and possess a striking scent
that many find to be devastatingly rancid. This is Durian, the King of Fruits.

Do you love strawberries? I L-O-V-E strawberries! If there is one thing that I can eat all-day, everyday, this would probably be one of them. Okay, okay, mangoes & mangosteen are top of the list too. Oh you know me, I like to eat to my heart's content (pun intended).
