LIFE IS SWEET YEAR 2 : CAFE DEL SOL IN BORACAY ISLAND

Alfresco dining at Cafe del Sol Boracay

Cafe del Sol in the island of Boracay needs no introduction. If you are a food lover and have a sweet tooth, then you know where to dine if you are in this paradise.

An array of delectable eats at Cafe del Sol Boracay

Cafe del Sol never fails to bring good memories. Who would not want to enjoy the sun, the sand and the waves and head off to this pastry and coffee shop paradise to further indulge? It's a small cake and coffee hub but their offerings does not disappoint. Their display area alone provides you with four layers of absolute pastry indulgence. Savor their soft Espesyal Ensaymada, aromatic Cinnamon Roll, feast on their Fudge Brownies and delight in an array of decadent cakes.

Choose from a variety of refreshing drinks at Cafe del Sol Boracay

Beverages abound too, from Espresso variants, coffee and cream frappes, smoothies and fresh fruit juices to refresh you after a day under the sun.

Classic Baked Cheesecake (Php150) was love at first bite!

Eat To You Heart's Content would not leave this paradise without having a fix of sweet endings. Classic Baked Cheesecake (Php150) had all the right trimmings. A thin layer of crushed graham crackers as based, with the right amount of butter and glucose to hold together, a thick layer of Cheesecake and topped with fluffy egg whites. Cafe del Sol's Classic Baked Cheesecake was definitely a good choice to end my last day in Boracay. It was not only love at first sight, but absolute love at first bite. Simply a dessert worth for another trip.
