Grape Bruschetta |
Are you a fan of Bruschetta? How about
a fruit lover? Since the time I prepared Mango Bruschetta for my family, I
started creating this delicious and easy to prepare snack or light meal with
more and more fruit varieties.
What’s interesting about Bruschetta is
that it is so versatile, quick to create and quite filling. You can opt for the
original tomato topping or go crazy with numerous toppings.

Here’s a quick recipe that’s deliriously delicious and healthy, Grape Bruschetta!

Red Grapes |
Grape Bruschetta ingredients |
Ingredients :
1 Whole French
Baguette (Herbed Garlic flavor)
Halved and
cut into 2 inches each slice
Red
Grapes, cut into 1 or 4 per piece
1 cup
Tomatoes, diced
Green Bell
Pepper, same size as tomatoes
White
Onions, diced
Grated
Parmesan Cheese (opt for block cheese then grate, if available)
Salt and
Black Pepper, to taste
Olive Oil
Procedure :
Lay ingredients on toasted baguette |
1) Sauté white onions until transparent, add tomatoes and bell peppers in
Olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Tossing for a few minutes.
2) Toast herbed garlic-flavored French Baguette.
3) Arrange sautéed bruschetta topping on toasted baguette. Add grapes and
sprinkle parmesan cheese.

For grape lovers, enjoy this easy to prepare and festive light meal, Grape Bruschetta!
Cooking Tips :
You can use an oven toaster to toast the baguette or over pan, lightly
greased with Olive oil.
I bought an herbed garlic-flavored French Baguette to save on
time – melting & spreading butter on each slice, mince fresh herbs and
rubbing garlic on baguette.
